- Engagements are billed per the agreed schedule (hourly, project milestones, or monthly retainer).
- Fees and payment terms for each engagement are set out in a proposal or statement of work agreed in advance.
- All fees are exclusive of taxes, which are your responsibility where applicable.
- We may change pricing on renewal; we'll give you reasonable notice before any change.
4. Client materials & confidentiality
Any systems access, documentation, or materials you share to enable an engagement remain yours. I treat them as confidential, use them solely to deliver the agreed work, and return or destroy them on request at the end of the engagement. Engagement-specific confidentiality terms can be set out in a separate agreement.
5. Intellectual property
The Adinyx website, services, branding, and software are owned by Adinyx LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you, except for the limited rights expressly granted.
6. Prohibited use
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the services.
- Using the services to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
- Interfering with the integrity or performance of the services or other users.
- Using the services in violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
